IT Lead Support - 2nd Level / Field (m/f/d)


Location: Berlin

Your Tasks:

  • Disciplinary leadership and responsibility of the entire service desk team
  • Monitoring and compliance with company-wide SLA
  • Ensuring and optimizing processes to maintain a high service standard
  • Coordination of incoming inquiries in the team and, if necessary, forwarding to external service providers
  • Creation of monthly reports
  • Guide, coordinate and motivate your team
  • Proactively improve operational processes and support the design and implementation of new services

Your Profile:

  • Experience  in leading a team in helpdesk and supporting IT users’ area
  • Experience in dealing with ITIL / other ITSM frameworks
  • Structured, organized and customer and service-oriented way of working
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confident language skills in German and English
