IT Lead Support - 2nd Level / Field (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin
Your Tasks:
- Disciplinary leadership and responsibility of the entire service desk team
- Monitoring and compliance with company-wide SLA
- Ensuring and optimizing processes to maintain a high service standard
- Coordination of incoming inquiries in the team and, if necessary, forwarding to external service providers
- Creation of monthly reports
- Guide, coordinate and motivate your team
- Proactively improve operational processes and support the design and implementation of new services
Your Profile:
- Experience in leading a team in helpdesk and supporting IT users’ area
- Experience in dealing with ITIL / other ITSM frameworks
- Structured, organized and customer and service-oriented way of working
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident language skills in German and English
