(Senior) IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)


Location: Berlin

Your Tasks:

  • Support technical issues with Microsoft OS, MAC OS, MS Office, mobile devices (Apple and Android), printers,
  • Support and technical setup for Audio/Video devices (conference rooms)
  • Manage and support information security platforms and MFA (e.g. DUO, MS Authenticator, etc.)
  • Mobile Device Management support and software deployment (InTunes)
  • Be available and flexible for ad-hoc requests of executives

Your Profile:

  • Senior Level technical endpoint supporter (>5 years)
  • High prioritization, communication, and organizational skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in supporting Managers and C-Level Executives
  • Strong attitude and positive mindset
  • Ability to maintain an overview for various procedures 
  • Keen to details and highly perceptive
  • Fluent in English
