(Senior) IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin
Your Tasks:
- Support technical issues with Microsoft OS, MAC OS, MS Office, mobile devices (Apple and Android), printers,
- Support and technical setup for Audio/Video devices (conference rooms)
- Manage and support information security platforms and MFA (e.g. DUO, MS Authenticator, etc.)
- Mobile Device Management support and software deployment (InTunes)
- Be available and flexible for ad-hoc requests of executives
Your Profile:
- Senior Level technical endpoint supporter (>5 years)
- High prioritization, communication, and organizational skills
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting Managers and C-Level Executives
- Strong attitude and positive mindset
- Ability to maintain an overview for various procedures
- Keen to details and highly perceptive
- Fluent in English
