Training / Learning Designer (m/f)

We are looking for a professional and open-minded Training / Learning Designer (m/f) for a challenging role in the HR Department. Experience with MS SharePoint is an advantage.

Job Description:

  • Development of learning “products” in various content fields, e.g. working procedures, soft skills and more
  • Working together with internal departments and stakeholders
  • Design/Development and maintenance of e-Learning modules
  • Support procurement of learning content and seminar concepts
  • Responsibility for the preparation of course’s curriculum and syllabus
  • Application of instructional design theories, practice and methods
  • Regarding the Learning Management System (LMS), mainly:
    • Building Course Portals
    • Knowledge sharing among trainees, mainly forums
    • Tests and evaluation - guiding instructors and SMEs
    • SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) definitions
  • Support of our SharePoint Designer in the fields of analysing knowledge needs of our departments and designing a SharePoint based intranet

Your Profile:

  • Relevant professional experience of at least 3 years in the field of training/learning design – classroom training and e-Learning
  • Experience in building PowerPoint presentations/storyboards and eLearning modules; applying Instructional Design methods
  • Excellent working experience with MS Office, Adobe Captivate, Acrobat / PDF
  • Experience in designing a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Very good English and German language skills are required
  • Experience in using tools for developing e-learning modules such as Storyline 2 (advantage)
  • Commitment, quick readiness and curiosity to go in new ways
