User Helpdesk Administrator (m/f/d)

Working place: Berlin

Your tasks:

  • Processing and categorization of software requests from employees from all departments
  • Quick processing of incoming tickets and direct communication with the end-user
  • Close cooperation and input with and for business analysts
  • Analysis of requests and coordination within our team
  • Creation of evaluation reports as well as sustainable documentation
  • Preparation and production of training materials and manuals about our internal real estate software
  • Expansion and extension of FAQ´s for end users

Our requirements:

  • Prior experience with ERP systems and dealing with a ticketing system advantageous
  • Service-oriented and reliable way of working
  • First experience as a support technician or helpdesk administrator in the IT industry
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Positive, confident and friendly manner
  • Initiative, loyalty and ability to work in a team
  • Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
  • Independent recognition of correlations and understanding of processes
  • Motivated career-changers entrants are welcome
