Industrial Engineer as Process Manager (m/f/d) Project Management

Working place: Berlin


Your tasks:

  • Analyzing of the existing processes and make recommendations to the management to improve the workflow and process standards within the company
  • Ensuring a protected and efficient flow of existing processes
  • Responsibility for the continuous further development of company-wide process management
  • Creation of the technical prerequisites for the necessary implementation and design of the digitalization of the systems and processes
  • Coordinate digital activities and ensure effective interaction between the different disciplines
  • Operational consulting for the adaptation and optimization of our business models and processes using digital technologies
  • Preparing reports for evaluating and improving work processes on large projects

Our requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, ideally a master's or diploma degree
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in the field of process and organization management, or process project manager, ideally in a Real Estate company
  • Very good experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point) Especially Excel
  • Strong personality as well as professional and confident appearance
  • Very good analytical, conceptual and strategic skills in development and implementation
  • Experience in dealing with change processes
  • Knowledge of new technologies and concepts
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English
