Training / Learning Designer (m/f/d)

Working place: Berlin

We are looking for a professional and open-minded Training/Learning Designer (m/f) for a challenging role in the HR Department.

Your tasks:

  • Development of learning products in various content fields, e.g. working procedures, soft skills and more
  • Working together with internal departments and stakeholders
  • Design/Development and maintenance of eLearning modules
  • Support procurement of learning Modules and other content and
  • Design/Development of course’s curriculum and syllabus
  • Application of instructional design theories, practice and methods
  • Regarding the Learning Management System (LMS), mainly:
    • Building Course Portals
    • Knowledge sharing among employees, including forums
    • Tests and evaluation - guiding instructors and SMEs
    • SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) definitions
  • Experience with MS SharePoint is an advantage

Our requirements:

  • Relevant professional experience of at least 3 years in the field of training/learning design – classroom training and e-Learning
  • Experience in building PowerPoint presentations / storyboards and eLearning modules; applying Instructional Design methods
  • Excellent working experience with MS Office, Adobe Captivate, Acrobat
  • Experience in working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Very good English and German language skills are required
  • Experience in using tools for developing eLearning modules such as Articulate Storyline (advantage)
