Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:
- Analyze, interpret, and report on the performance of various processes and business units
- Manage budgeting and controlling of financial, operational, and management activities in collaboration with other departments
- Design, develop, and monitor key financial and non-financial performance metrics
- Propose and communicate strategies to improve business performance and support growth
- Enhance the existing reporting system and optimize controlling processes
- Develop new functionalities and reports within Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making and support long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational success
Your Profile:
- A strong educational background in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous professional experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis
- Experience with BI technologies, such as Microsoft Power BI, is an advantage
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- A systematic, proactive, and independent approach to work
- Proficiency in English and German
