IT Digital Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion
- Provide technical guidance and ensure digital solutions adhere to best practices, industry standards, and company policies
- Act as the primary point of contact for project communications and manage stakeholder expectations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement quality control measures to meet required standards
- Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Embrace a dynamic work environment and effectively handle unforeseen challenges
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading digital projects, with a focus on web and mobile app development in enterprise environments
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Strong understanding of web and mobile app development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility in handling dynamic project requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus
