IT-Supporter (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin
Your Tasks:
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
- Deliver user training and create documentation
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Respond to service requests and incidents
- Offer remote support and assistance
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets
Your Profile:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable position
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a large organization is welcomed
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English (must) and German (good to have)
